During pregnancy, your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally, emotionally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga because it focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. These classes are also a great preparation for the birth. We will focus on breathing and meditation techniques that will allow you to be better prepared for your labor.
Suitable for women new to yoga and also for more experienced practitioners looking for an inspiring approach to some of less-taught aspects of pregnancy yoga.
As a yoga-doula I also love to share some tips about better nutrition and physical habits, and also advises for emotional and mental health.
If you are pregnant at any stage or just would like to become pregnant soon, please come to try. The first class is free!
