The Yoga-Temple has all the conditions for one to three women... space, mats, light, yoga-props. Its a very clear and beautiful space surrounded by the garden!

If there are specific issues to be addressed, we will talk about these beforehand so classes can be tailored to your needs.

1 woman:
60 CHF per 75min
NOW: 54 CHF per 75min

2 women:
100 CHF per 75min (50 CHF per woman)
NOW: 90 CHF per 75min (45 CHF per woman)

3 women:
120 CHF per 75min (40 CHF per woman)
NOW: 108 CHF per 75min (36 CHF per woman)

Classes are given in English, Spanish or Portuguese. It is your choise! :)

How are the classes I teach?

We will always root down into our bodies and into the Earth trough slow movements synchronized with the breath.
Bringing our awareness to our womb/hara center we will calm our minds and find inner stability. And if you are a pregnant women I will ask you to connect to your belly and baby.
Gathering the energy into our hearts we will melt our thoughts and will dissolve our tensions into the soft and vast space of our deep consciousness.
The breath will be our music and also the way to go deeper into our bodies.
Normally the class moves from more Yin to Yang and again from Yang to Yin and so on... like a spiral of energy as the spiral of life.
In the end you will melt all your body in a deep relaxation for integration and assimilation.
